Juan Carlos Rojo Carrascal, Architect
Born in Culiacan, Mexico.
Architect from the Autonomous University of Sinaloa, Master in Architecture from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, Specialist in Urban Strategic Thinking from CIDEU and PhD in Geography from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
He has been a Full-Time Professor and Researcher at the Faculty of Architecture of the UAS for 27 years, where he was also director.
He was part of the first technical team of the Municipal Institute of Urban Planning (IMPLAN) of Culiacán as Strategic Planning Coordinator and later, he was General Director.
Author of the ECOSYSTEM column of the Noroeste Newspaper (in Culiacán).
National Investigator in Mexico (SNI I).
He was founder and director of CICLOS URBANOS AC in Culiacán.
