This Friday 3 May at noon, the University of Santiago de Compostela, at the proposal of its Faculty of Education Sciences,
will invest Professor Francesco Tonucci as Doctor Honoris Causa.

This is the seventh academic recognition in the career of Francesco Tonucci, whose brilliant professional life dedicated to children and their rights has already been recognized by the following Universities:

• Honorary Professor of the Department of Education of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (2003)
• Doctor Honoris Causa of the National University of La Plata, upon proposal of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning (2011)
• Doctor Honoris Causa of the National University of Litorale, upon proposal of the Faculty of Human Sciences (2012)
• Doctor Honoris Causa of the University of Lleida, upon proposal of the faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology (2016)
• Doctor Honoris Causa of the University of Oviedo, upon proposal of the Faculty of Educational Sciences (2017)
• Doctor Honoris Causa of the Catholic University of Córdoba (2018)
