My work led me to travel and live, for several years, in very different places and realities. It was normal to notice the fact that alongside the obvious natural and structural differences that differentiate cities located in Romania, Peru, Australia, New Zealand and Canada, a constant emerges among all: The degree to which citizens live and enjoy their city, depends on the city itself. For this reason, as a "change management" enthusiast, I believe that Francesco Tonucci's perspective can be a tool for real transformation of urban reality, in a context of equal rights, even for the little ones
