Carolina García is Costa Rican, an educator by training, with a degree in educational administration and also has a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Barcelona.

She is the founder and director (since 2013) of the educational project: Bellelli Educación, a network of educational centers for early childhood and primary school, a vocational training center and also a promoter of child-guided play in public spaces.

Carolina is also director of the Red Solare Costa Rica Foundation, in charge of disseminating the educational proposal of Reggio Emilia in the country, representative of the Reggio Children International Network, TEDx Speaker, YouthActionNet Fellow, Global Shaper Alumni and ally of Cloud Forest School in Costa Rica .

Since 2019, Carolina has been one of the two representatives for Costa Rica of the City of Children Project, leading the process in the Municipality of Santa Ana (San José, Costa Rica)
